OPERA MODDING GUIDE

REQUIREMENT: Class Editor Class translator BlueFTP Opera STEPS: Open your opera with blueftp and extract all its content in to an empty folder. Create an empty folder before extracting. HOW TO EXTRACT>>
Open your blueftp and scroll to the opera you want to mod i.e opera.zip, click on it, it shows the list of all the content in your opera.zip, click on the option button and scroll to mark all(select all), this will highlight all the files, click on the option button again and scroll to extract selected items, then locate the empty folder you created, open it, press your left soft key(option key) scroll to paste option and click on it. The extraction will begin, keep clicking yes till all the files are extracted. Then Close Your blueftp. NOW YOU ARE HALF WAY TO CUSTOMIZING YOUR OPERA MINI

• CHANGING THE www. OF THE ADDRESS BAR
                       Open your class translator and locate the folder where you extracted your files, open code.class (for handler) / z.class for LabsHandler), scroll down and you will see www. , click on it and change it to your preferred choice (you can input your website name, it will automatically display your website when the user click on the address bar). Press option and save it. Press option again and choose close, it will ask you to leave spare file or not, click on NO. THAT’S ALL

• CHANGING THE OPERA NAME:
                     Open your class editor, locate the extracted files and open META-INF, inside it you will see manifest.mf, click to open, check very well, you will see Midlet-name, change it to any name you want.

 • CHANGING THE ICON PIC. ( THE PICTURE YOU SEE BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR OPERA) Browse through the extracted files and you will see i.png, delete it then copy the picture of your choice and paste it in the extracted files folder. Rename the picture to i.png and THAT’S ALL!!

• CHANGING “CONNECTING”, “INSTALLING” and “PROCESSING” Whenever you click on any link on your opera, it displays “Connecting…” in the buttom of the opera. When you are using your opera for the first time, it displays “Installing” at the buttom of the opera logo. When Opera is loading a page, it displays “processing” below.  
YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE THIS THREE FEATURES BY FOLLOWING THE STEPS BELOW STEPS: Open your class editor, locate v in the extracted files, open it and press 9 in the text box, write Connecting then press Ok, Then press 2 once. Use the 4 button to scroll to the first letter of the word “C”, press * and you will see a red bar behind “C”, Use the 6 button to highlight the word “connecting”. Press 5 button three times, choose text and enter, then type/insert your preferred word(note: it must be exactly 10 characters as CONNECTING, if the word you have chosen is not up to 10, you can add dot(.) to make it complete) press ok and save. That’s all. 
You can as well change the INSTALLING and LOADING through the above steps (installing 10 characters, loading 7 characters). COMPILING YOUR MODDED OPERA 
Open your blueftp, locate the folder you extract the files, press the option button and scroll to “select all”, then press the option button again and scroll to “compress items (jar)”, name, change the “_” to “.” And you are done modding your OPERA!!!!!!! HAPPY MODDING
